Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the United Kingdom. All prices on this site are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Dispatch

Orders are picked and dispatched from our own UK stock. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery options

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and basket. You'll see the exact cost and the available options before you pay — there are no charges added after checkout.

Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched you'll get a confirmation email. If tracking is included on your chosen service, the tracking number will be in that email.

If something goes wrong

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or it arrives damaged, contact us and we'll sort it. Please keep the packaging if anything is damaged in transit — it helps us claim against the courier.
