Shipping

We ship across the United Kingdom and dispatch from our own UK stock. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and basket, so you see the exact cost and timing before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

You will get a confirmation email once your parcel is dispatched, including a tracking number where your chosen service provides one.

Returns

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you would like to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. You do not need to give a reason.

For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and skincare must be returned unopened and unused with any seal intact. We cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is faulty or was described incorrectly.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including the original delivery cost, and we will cover the return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return we refund the original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it. For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage; we recommend a tracked service, as we can only refund goods that reach us.
